Cleaning and Damage Policy:
All bed sheets and linens are supplied. Cleaning occurs once per week.
Whilst we do not ask for a damage/breakage deposit we do ask you to notify us immediately of any damage or breakages however we do ask that you replace items that have been broken of a similar quality. We reserve the right to charge for any excess damage outside of normal wear and tear.
Guests are asked to clean their gite before vacating, but we understand if you choose not do so. If you elect not to, we charge at a rate of 15£ per hour. Cleaning takes between 2 and 5 hours depending upon the size of the gite and the state in which it is left. For those staying more than a week, we provide a clean set of sheets and towels at the end of every week. Cleaning of gites throughout your stay is available upon request.
Check in / Check out:
Check in is at 16H00. Check out by 10H00. But you may leave your bags in the office after check out time.
Acceptance of Bookings:
A request for a booking from this website will be accepted depending on availability of the gite(s). We will notify you if your booking request is possible.
If we are able to accommodate you, we will hold a booking for two weeks while awaiting the deposit. A deposit of 25% is required. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you have to cancel your booking we will give you a full refund less any bank/paypal fees only on the proviso that we are able to re-book the gite for that period. We are happy to provide a written statement for insurance claims. Note; we are happy to transfer your booking to a further date at no extra charge but any additional costs for a different seasonal rate will need to be paid.
