Cleaning and Damage Policy:
All bedsheets and linens are supplied. Cleaning occurs once per week.We ask for a €50-100 cleaning & breakage deposit depending on the size of your gite on arrival.

Guests are asked to clean their gite before vacating, but we understand if you choose not do so. If you elect not to, we will withhold cleaning costs from your deposit at a rate of 10€ per hour. Cleaning takes between 1 and 4 hours depending upon the size of the gite and the state in which it is left. For those staying more than a week, we wash towels & sheets at the end of every week. Cleaning of gites throughout your stay is available upon request.

Check in / Check out:
Check in is at 16H00. Check out by 10H00. But you may leave your bags in the office after check out time.

Acceptance of Bookings:
A request for a booking from this website will be accepted depending on availability of the gite(s). We will notify you if your booking request is possible.

If we are able to accommodate your request, we will hold a booking for two weeks while awaiting the deposit. A deposit of 25% is required. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
