Cleaning and Damage Policy:
All linens and bathroom towels are supplied. Cleaning occurs once per week. We ask for a €30 cleaning & breakage deposit on arrival which will be fully or part refunded on your departure.

Guests are asked to clean their gite before vacating, but we understand if you choose not do so. . Cleaning takes between 1 and 4 hours depending upon the size of the gite and the state in which it is left, and for this service we charge E10 per hour. For those staying more than a week, a clean set of sheets and towels are supplied at the end of every week. Cleaning of gites throughout your stay is available upon request.

Check in / Check out:
Check in is at 16H00. Check out by 10H00. . But where we can we will endeavour to have your Gite ready for you if you have any early morning arrival time. Please discuss with us at the time of your booking. Bags can always be left in our office.

Acceptance of Bookings:
A request for a booking from this website will be accepted depending on availability of the gite(s). We will notify you if your booking request is possible.

If we are able to accommodate your request, we will hold a booking for two weeks while awaiting the deposit. A deposit of 25% is required. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
